Tender For Repair/Replacement Of False Ceiling, Floor Tilling And Certain B/R Works At Af Stn Memaura; 1 Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified. 2 S & FGI snap grid frame work for false celling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 600x600 mm size fixedto walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 2mm dia SS wire suspender of suitable length and drilling and screwing to RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) main tee of size -38mmx24mmx0.3mm (ii) cross tee of size -28mmx24mmx0.3mm(iii) wall angle - 24mmx24mmx0.3mmAll exposed portions of the grid section shall be powder coated of approved shade.S & F of 4 mm thick cement fibre board false ceiling Board Classic of approved texture of size, 595 X 595 mm size to be placed on snapgrid frame complete all as specified and directed. 3 Demolition of cement concrete of ground floors and Paving n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed . 4 M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 5 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with gray cement and no pigment complete all as specified. 6 M&L for sand cushining under floor complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed . 8 M&L for virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. 9 Taking down of cementplaster of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed . 10 M/L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.(Note- WPC Qtyshould be measured and paid to separately.) 11 Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L preparing ofnew plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 13 Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed . 14 S&F Powder coated aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular section of size 44.45mmx47.62mmx 1.88 mm thick and weight 0.943 Kg/Rm of approved make conforming to IS 733 and 15:1285 fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at i.e junctions, Le at top, bottom. and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight. mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief. 15 S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections of size 75mmx32mmx1.5mm thick and weight 1.005 kg/Rm of approved make conforming to 15 733 and 15:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle. Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all as specified and directed by EIC. 16 S&F 5.5 mm thick tinted glass of approved make and colour complete all as specified and directed 17 S & F of stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staple all as specified and directed.
