Tender For Addition/Alteration To Certain Married Accn At Air Force Station Pathankot Under Ge (Af) Pathankot.; 1 Schedule A Part-I (Building Works) 2 M&L for preparation of surface byscrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles/existing vegetation/roots etc. with wire brushes and removing any type of existing roof treatment in any layer alongwith existing plaster so as to reach up to top of RCC roof slabcomplete in all respect , filling of cracks with Smart Care Hybried PU sealent wherever required for rendering or plastering work 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on roof surfaces and finishing the surface without using extra cement for application of roof treatment(A) Apply first coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflectivity index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 MPa and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure , reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 33% dilution as primming coat. (b) Laying of fibre mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having weight 45 gm/Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. (c) Apply second undiluted coat @ 0.450 ltr/Sqm(d) Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.450Ltr/Sqm in color combination/ cameoflauging patternas directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done Authorised applicator only/ or in presence of authorised rep. Certificate in this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge. Shifting/removal of any wire/ cable/AC unit/water tank or any other object as per the site requirement and refixing of the same if needed is deemed to be included in rates quoted by contractor. 3 S&F in repair 150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any lengthfixed to wall including clamps, bends, sockets, as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 S&F for rotational triple layer moulded polyethene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer ,brass valve 20mm high pressure with polythene float and fly nutetc complete including dismantling existing RCC/Iron/PVC water tank all as specified and directed. 5 S&F for rotational triple layer moulded polyethiene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litres, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer ,brass valve 20mm high pressure with polythene float and fly nutetc complete including dismantling existing RCC/Iron/PVC water tank all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 S&F for 20mm bore Steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast RCC articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L brick work with sub class B burnt bricks straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 Material and labour for high depth cladding coloured glazed ceramic tiles rustic-matt type in vertical surface such as gate piller, dado, etc 450mmX 300mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete aall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by Engr-In-Charge and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles. 10 Demolition of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams,staircases,landings, chajjas,RCC Water tank similar suspended work cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Demolition will be done only by mechanical cutter only . 11 M&L for RCC Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs Design MixM-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:6, as in slabs for Water tank base size as required etc with plain fair faces incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 M<MT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for slab, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed)not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gatesetc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 S&F for stainless steel (Grade 304) Gates, grills made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, Sheet etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the gate with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, and fixing to RCC Columns or Brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 S&F for high pressed laminate (HPL) Sheets of 10 mm thick having top layer is a decorative layer, and the entire sheet is coated with a clear protective layer to be joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etcincluding necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete aall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cementincluding necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete aall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately 18 M&L for preparation of surfaces of high quality grade exterior wall putty 2mm thick making the surface smooth complete aall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 19 M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two or more coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint (up to four storeys height of bldgs) as approved of any shade/colourover a coat of primer as per manufacture instruction using auto paint roller & making good surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 Supply only `Liquid Water Proofing Compound. complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Material and labour for rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular of patches at colmn,chajjas, canopy and soffit, roof projection ceiling faccia etc using GI Chicken Mess of size0.25 mm thick aparture fixed with nails incl necessary scaffolding arrangement (up to 3rd floor of bldg) at required at site average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry at coat thick @ 3 kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering with cement sand mortar1 : 3 finished even and smooth incl applying two coat of weather proof emultion paint incl making of drip course as reqd complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by sweeping clean and washing with water all complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
