Tender For Repairing And Finishing Works Iind Sub Division And Iv Th Sub Division Office At Canal Colony, Cantt Road, Lucknow. - 12 mm cement plaster in single coat in building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etcincluding the Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuseas directed by theEngineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m. 2 Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m. 3 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 4 One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper includingsupply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work. 5 Paintingor varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superiorquality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.) 6 Providing and fixing 19mm thick both side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand boxes, shelves, racks, almirah, cupboard and drawer etc. including necessary nails,screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. 7 Providing and fixing stainless steel fancy handle of approved make fixed with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 200 mm 8 Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 2 mm thick flat 10 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in ChargeConcealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes 11 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing.
