Removing existing / available False ceiling from various locations at AIESL-New Engineering Complex & refixing the same at various locations in OAP premises

Carefully removing the existing Gypsum/aluminum/Calcium silicate /wooden arm strong false ceiling with availabe frames of any make along with light fittings from offices at NEC premises/ OAP Non engineeering area and refixing the same with necessary alteration/addition at various sections at AIESL engineering premises OAP. This job includes removing carefully the exisiting false cieling with or without frame, loading the removed false ceiling and shifting to OAP and re-fixing available false ceiling of any size, section and type etc.at all levels including erecting and fixing in position,providing/replacing anodized aluminum/wooden sections with necessary hardware like locks/clips, screws, nails etc., making the surface good with smooth finish, all complete at designated location as per given drawings, This also incudes providing and re-fixing available aluminuim sections as and where required. The rates shall include transport, engaging skilled & unskilled labour, tools, machine,equipement etc as instructed by EIC.
