Tender For Dismantalllig, Dragging, Shifting, Of Old 40Mva Transformer & Associated Work And Shifting, Installation, Erection And Commissioning Of 63 Mva Transformer At 220 Kv Substation Shahjahanpur, Under Etd Shahjahanpur - Dismantalling of 132/33 KV,40MVA Transformer at 220 KV Sub Station Shahjahanpur by dismantalling the accessories,opening of jumpers,cutting of earthing,opening of cable connections, drainning out transformer oil upto required level,removal of oil pipe line,explosion vent pipe,conservator tank Etc .and proper blanking with proper size gasket & planking plates(blanking plates & nut-bolts shal be provided by department) all othe T&P etc shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost. 2 Dismantalling of RTCC Panel of 40 MVA T/F including disconnection of cables & cutting of earthing and Shifting to store. 3 Dragging and shifting of 132/33 KV 40MVA Transformer main tank from transformer plinth alongwith radiator and bushings (approx distance upto 20 mtr,) including turning of transformer if required including all T&P and all other works required to complete job satisfactory. 4 Additional shifting for every 5 meter. 5 Dismantalling of 132 kv L.A by opening of jumpers,nut-bolts & earthing etc. including dismantalling of ALP structures after due opening of nut-bolts and earthing etc. and their shifting to store place .(01 job for each set of L.A & ALP structure). 6 Shifting of main tank of 63MVA ,132/33 KV Transformer upto 20 meter distance from unloading place towards plinth including turning of transformer tank,as required alongwith all associated works at 220 KV Substation Shahjahanpur. 7 Additional shifting for every 5 meters 8 Complete errection of 63 MVA ,132/33 KV Transformer including its radiator,conservator tanks ,HV/LV/Neutral bushing ,turrets,all pipe lines,buchholz relay,motor drive mechanism of OLTC, cooling fan etc. 9 Earthing of main tank ,marshalling box,drive mechanism, transformer neutral etc.of 63 MVA transformer with the help of 50x06 mm size M.S Flats,its jointing with already laid earthmat /delta at 2 place including necessary modification in existing support for earthing of neutral bushing support for its earthing works and then painting of earthing strips as per technical specification. 10 Making 3 meter long electrodes by cutting 40 mm dia M.S Round bar and making delta earthing of 132 kv & 33 kv neutral bushing after digging pits of size 1x1x1 meter,inserting all 3 Nos, electrodes in pits verticallyinside ground making delta by jointing electrode with M.S flats of size 75x10 mm and making riser to connect with HV/LV/Neutral of transformer. 11 Erection of 132 kv L.As including errection of ALP structures and connection of earthing with existing M.S flat as designed place as per technical specification (01 job for each set of L.A & ALP structure). 12 Jumpering of L.As and HV & LV bushings of 63 MVA transformers through out 132 & 33 KVL.A with the help of existing /newely prepared ACSR Panther /ACSR Twin moose conductor respectivelly with associated terminal connector and PG Clamp etc to connect with 132 kv and 33 kv bus bars. 13 Installation of RTCC Panel of above 63 MVA Transformerin control room including laying additional control cables if required as per site requirement and termination and connection ofall existing/newely control cables at RTCC & transformer end as per technical specification. 14 Laying of following size of cable addition to old laid cable of 40 MVAT/F from control panel in control room to RTCC or marshalling Box as percableschedule including makingnecessory holes in gland plats or box wherever required providing and fixing of cableglands of appropriate size, fixing PVC ferrules and Nos.for each core of cable as per drawingincluding all associated work to complete the work satishfactorily- 15 2C x2.5 Sqmm 16 4C x2.5 Sqmm 17 6C x2.5 Sqmm 18 Connection of cable & termination of following sizeof control cable as laid & also termination of cables already dismantaled from 40 MVA t/f. and coming from control panel in control room as per cable schedule including making necessaryholes in gland plates or box whereever required, providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, fixing of pvc ferrulesfor each core of cable and its terminations as per drawing including all associated work to complete the work satisfactory. 19 2C x2.5 Sqmm 20 4C x2.5 Sqmm 21 6C x2.5 Sqmm 22 Proper packing of HV Bushing of dismantaled 40 MVA T/F. including proper wrappingwith polythene sheet in the wooden crats and stacking them in the store. 23 Centrifusing of transformer oil taking the IR/BDV & PPM value of T/F oil at an interval of 2 hrs tillachieving the desired value(as per specification of T/F manufacturer.) 24 After centrifusing and achieving the desired value of BDV & PPM(as per specification of T/F manufacturer), testing of T/F oil (Dissloved Gas Analysis, Electric Strtength ,Resistivity & Water content test) is to be done at CPRI lab/ before charging of T/F and after charging of T/F works include sample collection, transportation and submission of reports. 25 Strengthning of neutral earthing(HV/LV) of 63MVA, 132 /33 kv transformer . Work includes earth strip emanatingfrom neutral point of transformer shall be connected with two M.S flat (75x10mm) strip and this strip will be connected at two different arms of the delta earthing and this delta earthingshall also be connected with earth electrodes system at X & Y axixof main earthmatthe work also includes carriage of M.S Flat from UPPTCL store, m.s flat shall be provided by department. 26 Getting the NOC from Electrcal safety office by submission of required fee descide by Electrcal safety office 27 Supply and fixing of 250 watt LEDstreet light Luminaries with fitting light make Philips/Havells/Crompton Greaves in single piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Thoughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment including Cable Termination
