Tender For Maintenance Of Various Colonies Under South Zone. Sub-Head: House-Keeping In The Dda Office Complex Of Ce (Sz), Ce (East), Qac (Lab) At Shahpurjat And Office Complex Of Scc-3 & Ee/Smd-5 Offices At Agvc.; 1 1. The agency must deploy 15 Nos of Environment Assistants and 1 Nos. semi skilled supervisor daily in proper uniform at the work site. In case of absence of any EAs or supervisor from duty, an amount of Rs.1500/- per EA or supervisor per day will be recovered from the contractors bill.2. All T&P with material shall be arranged by the contractor and shall have to bring in advance for at least one months requirement as per approved brand/instructions by Engineer-in Charge.3. In case the specified areas are not sweeped and cleaned to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, a penalty of Rs 5000/-(Rupees five thousand only) per day shall be imposed and deducted from contractors bill. 4. In case any, challan from MCD/NGT/Court or any other department is issued related to the subject work, the same will be sorely borne by the agency.5. Agency must submit a copy of photo ID of the Environmental Assistants and Supervisor deployed at site. 6. The final percentage rates quoted by the agency/bidder must incorporates the requirements of minimum wages circulated by GNCTD or by Govt. of India whichever is higher plus GST as applicable. Failing to meet this requirement, the bid would not be considered and will be rejected out rightly as unresponsive.7. Wages/dues to every EA and supervisor shall be paid in compliance of minimum wages for each category as notified time by GNCTD or by Govt. of India whichever is higher. The same will be paid directly by the contractor to every Environmental Assistant and Supervisor through bank ECS or online transfer to his bank A/c and photocopy of payment proof alongwith bank statement will be submitted to the division office every month.8. The agency will have to submit the proof of depositing Environmental Assistants and Supervisors contribution towards PF/ESI etc. in every month.9. The agency will deploy sufficient no of wheel barrows, rickshaws or mechanical carrier for disposal of garbage/refuse, malba, rubbish etc. collected after sweeping upto the designated site of disposal failing which a token penalty of Rs 2000/- Per day shall be imposed. 2 Sweeping/ cleaning/dusting of all types of covered area/Open area, toilets, doors, windows, footpath, Parking open spaces & all types of fitting & fixtures of all floors to be srcubbed & wet cleaning. The work also include all T & P with material and collection & disposal of garbage /waste to the designated dumping ground, all complete as per Direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.
