Tender For Proposed Shed At The Entrance Of Emergency Complex, Pgimer, Chandigarh; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 Providing and laying in position excluding cement concrete of level: specified grade the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth 4 1:1.5:3 (1Cement: 1.5 coarsesand (zone-Ill)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectanglar hollow tubes etc. ) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.(Provision for elctrical conduiting / holes in tubuler sections wherever requiredcomplete in all respects as desired by the concerened engineer in-charge at all levels) (upto 6m height)Hot finished welded type tubes 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work 7 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 8 Providing and fixing 10 mm thick double layer / multi wall polycarbonate sheet, weather and UV resistant, light transmission : upto 88%, excellent impact resistance: 250~300 time that of same thickness glass including 60 mm wide Aluminium profile set with rubber sleevesfixed with pop rivets / nuts & bolt on S.S. / M.S. tublar frame complete in position as per drawing and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge at all levels (upto 6m height). (S. S, / M.S. frame work shall be paid extra) 9 Providing and fixing Tensile fabric folding shed with frame of approved make shade & design (VISTA or Equivalent) as per design complete in position complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge at all levels (upto 6m height) 10 Add difference of Water Charges @ 0.50%
