Tender For Special Repairs To Shaft Spaces Of Po 16 (Annex Building); 1 Note:(i) The rate should be Quoted considering the high rise nature of buildingand necessary scaffolding and safety precaution.(ii) Entire building to be covered with green cloth on MS scafFolding uptoTOP floor and necessary precaution sign board to be placed around the building before commencement and completiom of work.(iii) Debries removed outside Mod Land. 2 M&L for Chipping , removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 3 M&L for Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer of approved make on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry. 4 M&L for applying two coats of Epoxy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours.The application shall be by brush.epoxy primer for steel of approved make zinc primer. 5 M&L for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application. Of approved make. 6 M&L for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cemet mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of approved make. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for Providing and applying water tight jacketing around columns with M30 grade micro concrete including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete. of approved make.(Note:Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) 8 M&L for applying concrete protection coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere of approved make complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holesof 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes.Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning ofholes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles.(ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii)Cutting of nozzles.Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.(iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty.(v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above.(vi) Also, seal the face of the carck with a liberal application of the epoxy putty. 10 M&L for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency ,Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled of approved make. 11 M&L for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materialas:Mixing of material components(part a&b) inthe required quantities as per manufacturers instruction by weigh batching.Grouting:Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit(2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. 12 M&L for Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for Providing and fixing additional main steel bar or stirrups of designed diameter in various structural elements like column ,beams and foundations including drilling ,bending and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc. complete (Steel provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete). 14 M&L for Cleaning the dust, vegetation, sand,dry leaves and other waste material at the rain water pipe of any size and any description, spouts, water outlets of the roofs etc as directed and dispose off debris at a distance of 500km and n.exc 1.5 Kmincluding taking down and refixing of existing pipes including necessary fixing arrangements. 15 Taking down cast iron pipes of any size or pattern at any position including all fittings such as bends, heads (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fiitings and accessories) including removing vegetation growth around pipes as required, making good to surface to match with eixisting including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. 16 S&F 100mm dia cast iron soil waste and vent pipes (sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls including MS scaffolding all as specified and directed. 17 S&F 75mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipes (sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls including MS scaffolding all as specified and directed. 18 S&F CI bends 75mm dia size diminishing pieces or trapers (larger bore measured) fitted with oval access doors including MS scaffolding all as specified and directed. 19 S&F CI bends 100mm dia size diminishing pieces or trapers (larger bore measured) fitted with oval access doors including MS scaffolding all as specified and directed. 20 S&F CI branch pieces single (equal or unequal) ordinary or inverted ( spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches of 75mm sizes including MS scaffolding all as specified and directed. 21 S&F CI branch pieces single (equal or unequal) ordinary or inverted ( spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches of 100mm sizes including MS scaffolding all as specified and directed. 22 Ditto all corrugations side laphaving tensile strength of minimum 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed withscrewall as specified and as directed 26 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed 27 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel complete all as specified and as directed 28 S&F MS sections as in imsc,angle, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins,rolled section where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss/column/ staircase/ladder/anchor bolt for column/base plates/gussatte plates, wind tie,door,gate,window etc including cutting welding etc, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for preparingnewplasteredsurfacesof walls and applyingtwo coatsofoil bound distemper over a coat of approved primer on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified. 32 M&L for complete removal of existingRCC Grill And Jali and fixing new premium quality heavy duty WPC designer jali/grill thickness 30mm and above including all necessary connected items such as SS nail,double rebate WPC frame work cross section size not less than 125x80mm standard grade density 800 kg/cm,ss safty clips, also repair beam and column with smart care material such as micro concrete, polimer modified plaster,reinforcement including chipping removal and paint the surface complete all as specified and directed. 33 Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including coping complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&L brick work with sub class B bricks old size, full or half bircks works straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. 35 Taking down cement plaster on brick wallincluding raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing taken down materials such as cement plaster,etc. out side MOD accomodation land and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directedby the Engineer-in-Charge. 36 M&L prepration of old plastered / decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on plastered/decorated wall surfaces including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. 37 Ditto_ all as per Sl item No 36 herein before but on ceiling etc complete all as specified 38 M&L prepration of old plastered / decorated surfaces of walls & ceiling and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint on old plastered surfaces including MS scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. 39 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces over 10 cms width or girth and applying two finishing coat of synthetic enamelpaint on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 40 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel any description over 10 cms width or girth and applying two finishing coat of synthetic enamelpaint on steel surfaces including MS scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. 41 M&L for preparation of old wall surfaces of any
