Tender For Providing/Fixing Of Low Height Barrier Near Fly Over At I.A. Epip, Kasna, Distt. G.B. Nagar. - Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5meter and lead upto 30m. including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M. (100fts) from the foundation trenches. 2 Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in poroportion of 8:4:1 (8 graded stone aggregate: 4 coarse sand : 1cement : ) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 3 R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc and also including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 M.S or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts. Hold fast, tie rods grating etc. Wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. 5 Retro-ReflectiveSheeting type-IV with 4 mm thick ACM Double Side: Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 The sheeting shall have a pressure sensitive adhesive of the aggressive tack type requiring no heat, solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime cokour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from internallonal condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively,a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape as necessary inclucling bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all steel & wastage, bencl, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured. (Labour rate only but including cost of binding wire) 7 Painting roofs or other iron work in large areas with one coat priming and two coat of approved (above one Sq. Metre) paint (British antesol or equivalent) including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-109.
