| 1 | M& L for preparation of old surface of wall and applyingone coat of Weather proof exterior emulsion paint on brick /concrete surfaces/plasterd surfaces of wallincluding the following:-(i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. (iv) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(v) Removing and replacing furniture, moveable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc.(vi) Cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass, weed, saplings etc.(vii) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings,wiring etc., of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy etc.complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 3 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coatof synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces by washing ,rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oilemulsion distemper on wallsincluding the following:-(i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary.
