Tender For Construction Of Co-Location Building For Zonal Dy.Bdo H/O Sitheri; 1 1) Construction of Co-location Building for Zonal Dy.BDO H/o Sitheri 2 Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in hard gravelly soil as per SS 20 B for foundati 3 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete 4 Refilling the basement with excavated earth including cost and conveyance of all materialsto site and all labour charges etc., complete. 5 RandomRubbleMeasonryinCM1:5mixusingrequired bondstonewith simulataneouspointingincludingallcost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete. 6 Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8¾x 4½x 2¾including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including all labour charges etc., complete as pet std. specification 7 Centering charges for centering post and woodern planks including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc., complete 8 Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges etc., complete. 9 RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all etc., complete above basement 10 Weathering Course Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete 11 Finished with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm 12 Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panellingwherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers) 13 Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.
