| 2 | Providing and applying rust inhibition coating/system to exposed reinforcement bars,after thoroughly removing all loose scales and rust, in accordance with standard specifications.Providing and applying a suitable bond coat to all exposed concrete surfaces and reinforcement bars prior to the application of repair mortar, as per the specified standards.Providing and applying a single-component, fiber-reinforced, thixotropic structural repair mortar of average thickness 50 mm and above, using BASF (MasterEmaco 348 S) or equivalent, in multiple layers as per manufacturer’s specifications.Curing the repaired surface after 72 hours of application using wet gunny bags or other standard curing methods. |

| 4 | Providing and applying painting work using oil-bound washable distemper of approved brand such as Asian Paints, Dulux, or equivalent, of first/premium quality in the required shade and color, to achieve a smooth and even finish on any surface.The work shall include the application of two or more coats of distemper at a coverage rate of 2.20 kg per 10 sq.m, over a primer coat applied at 0.80 litre per 10 sq.m, including the cost of primer.The work shall be executed at any location in executive cabins of EMF Buildingand all levels, including:Surface preparation, Scaffolding andAll other necessary arrangements to complete the work in a professional manner.All work is to be carried out as per manufacturer\"s specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). |

| 8 | Providing and fixing aluminium work for partitions using extruded, built-up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z-sections and other sections of approved make, conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285. The sections shall be fixed with dash fasteners of required diameter and size.The work shall include:Filling all gaps at junctions (top, bottom, and sides) using suitable EPDM rubber / neoprene gasketsEnsuring aluminium sections are smooth, rust-free, straight, mitred, and mechanically jointed wherever required Provision of cleat angles, aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, and use of C.P. brass / stainless steel screws as necessary.The entire job shall be completed in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
