Note- Ceiling tiles and ceiling grid shall be of the same make. 11 Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) , complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor /hardstanding etc finished even to receive floor topping etc.,complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Material and labour for vitrified ceramictiles, double charged , premium /first quality,(square/ rectangular), 09 to 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm andnot exc 0.42 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colouredcement to match the surface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Material and labour for vitrified ceramic double charged tiles, premium /first quality, of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No.14abovebut 100mm to 150mm heightas in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colouredcement to match the surface, over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as specified and as directed. 16 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Material and labour for rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine stone aggregate of size between 6 to 12 mm as per the texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 walls,by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots andapplying onecoat of acrylic distemperwith painting roller over prepared surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilingby brooming
