Tender For Under Hariparvat Zone, Room No. 74 Sector-16A From Building No. 235 To Krishna Jewellers And Building - P/L GSB with graded stone ballast with moram with stone grit size, stone ballast with hand ramming watering including all material labor T&P etc. all complete. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen BG-10 using pressure distributor at the of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom 3 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 3.00 to 3.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respects. 4 Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 4.50 to 5.00 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 508 complete in all respects. 5 Providing and laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @250 gm/sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35. The finish surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800–3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of work as direction E/IC. 6 Supply and fixing of ISI cat eye for road etc. all complete. 7 Supply and fixing of black granite stone board and approved standard matter with brick work, plaster & paint etc. all complete. 8 Sub Total (A) 9 Add / Deduction For Estimate Figure Amount Match 10 Grand Total
