Tender For Renovation & Upgradation Of Go’S Mess & So’S Mess Of 50Th Bn Itb Police, Ramgarh, Panchkula (Haryana).; 1 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including Stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 2 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 3 Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead. 4 Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars. 5 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 6 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.
