The scope of this assignment involves providing comprehensive assistance in office related tasks under the supervision of the Assistant Engineer (Civil), ALHW, Swaraj Dweep. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Technical support and drawing works like preparing working drawings using AutoCAD and assisting in the review of technical drawings and documents. Performing quantity take-off from drawings, cost estimation of materials, labour and other resources. Regular data entry and documentation updates related to assigned task, follow-up communications. Supporting in conducting field surveys, measurements, monitoring execution of assigned works, collection of samples of materials from work site and dispatching to concerned labs for testing, maintaining materials and asset inventories, providing support for conducting cube test and other site specific tests. Providing support in day-to-day office activities during office hours and as and when required. Maintaining and updating various official records, correspondence and registers, including inventory registers.Assisting in documentation and general administrative duties. Attending to any other miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) or other designated officers. File management, scanning of files for e-office etc., assisting in documentation and general administrative duties. Attending to any other miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) or other designated officers. The above scope includes all associated costs such as labour charges, GST, LWC, etc., and constitutes a multitasking role requiring flexibility and coordination across multiple functions.Semi Skilled Mazdoor (SSM) 3 Demolishing RCC/PCC works manually or by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mtrs lead and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge, including all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess, etc., complete. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete CC 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 Pulverised stone sand and 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size from Sri Vijaya Puram quarry) in all PCC works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement, stone aggregates and pulverised stone sand from Sri Vijaya Puram quarry, screening and washing of both aggregates, cost of nominal centering and shuttering charges, mixing concrete, conveying and placing in position, consolidation with vibrator, curing, including cost of all materials and transportation charges to worksite, all labour charges, cost of minor tools,GST, labour welfare cess etc complete. 5 Painting two coats with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over the gate, MS Angle, kerb walls and hand railing as directed by the EIC, including cost of all materials like paint, brush, scaffolding charge, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 6 Removal and disposal of night soil from inspection chamber by manually, including removing and re-fixing of cover slab, cleaning the blockage in sewage pipes and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surrounding area of the inspection chamber and disposing the wastage to a lead of 500 mtrs, includingall labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 7 Removal and disposal of night soil from septic tank by manually, including cleaning the blockage in sewage pipes and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surrounding area of the septic tank and disposing the removed sludge/materials to a lead of 500 mtrs, includingall labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.
