    Tender For For Overhauling Of 145 Kv Isolators At Various 220/132 Kv Sub Stations Under Etd-I Varanasi. - Complete overhauling of following 132KV LSI/BSI/Tendom Isolators Job includes proper earthing of lsolators after getting shut down. Opening of 3 phase jumpers of both male & female contact arm of isolators, opening and earthing of all 06 Nos Jumpers, dismantling of all 06 Nos. isolators stack from structures after removing male and female contact, arm and keeping on ground. removal of defective bearing from base of isolator stack. replacement of the same with the new one by NBC make and refixing in the housing after putting grease and doing alignment, lifting and erection of lsolator stacks after thorough cleaning of stack by detergent and cloth and tightening of nuts/bolts properly. Fixing of male and female contact of lsolator for smooth and trouble free operation. Cleaning of contact surface of male & female contact, finger contact and putting white petroleum jelly on contact surface. Oiling and greasing of all other moving parts of isolator and tightening of all nuts and bolts of isolator structure. Three phase jumpering and removing of earthing etc. All above work comprises one job including cost of all labour, consumable material and T&P required to complete the job satisfactorily. 2 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab 3 132KV S/S Kursato 4 220KV S/S Raja Ka Talab 5 132KV S/S Manduadih
