Tender For Improvement Development Of Dhalao In A-Block Ndse-Ii In Ward No.147 Central Zone; Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix. Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead: For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm. Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead: Thickness upto 40mm. Grading roof for water proofing treatment with: Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1) cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 6 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:3 (1cement:3 fine sand) 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand). Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade: (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately): White sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. 40mm thick. Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade: (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately): Red sand stone exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. 40mm thick. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering: All works up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). Uwing CC pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note: Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). Providing and fixing Imm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters, with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6mm angle iron, 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, 25mm dia pulley, 40x40x6mm angle and T-iron Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work. Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm. in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes: in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm + 0.05%, total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS: 277 in Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matshinshade metrified Digitally by Kumar Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading & stacking: lime, moorum, building rootsnarocureanuprstermokfientra dumping at S.L.F.
