Tender For Smart Periodical Work In Area Of Age B/R-I Under Ge Saugor; 1 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechancical sander(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7/9 to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for water proof cement based putty @1kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered /old prepared painted surface of wall and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mecghanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface .Step 1: Mix the putty powder by adding water as manufacturers instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2: Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface evenand smooth in level without any undulations. Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. 3 M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9litre(undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal/ Anti Algai properties in two coats not less than 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paoint application with a flow speed of miniumum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. 5 Notes for Srl item No 1 to 4:-The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same:-(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU fromauthorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE.(b) The contractor shall uplod with the documents under cover I Memoradum of Understanding (MoU) with at least one of the maunfacturers mentioned int he contract, failing which the bid hsall be laible to be rejected.(c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc.(e) Work in patches and in narrow/width, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc toprotect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering alll the itmes of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. 6 M&L for two coat of white wash on old decorated surface of walls including preparation of old surface i.ebrooming down with steel wire brushes scraping downmoulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes , craks etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etccomplete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots remove complete existing surface up to mother surface approved by GE thanapplying two coat of cement base paint and making border or patta on Chhajja, roof projection Column projection , beam projectionetc as ordered by Engr-in-Charge with teracotta snowcem dark colour,same materials but diffrent tinted on walls complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for two coat of synthetic enamelled paint on old painted wood/wood based surface of any desription over 10cm width or girth incl preparation surfacessuch as removing all splashes, drops, dirt and leaving premises in a clean state complete all as specified and directed 9 M&L for two coat of synthetic enamelled paint on old painted steelbased surface of any desription over 10cm width or girth including preparation surfacessuch as removing all splashes, drops, dirt and leaving premises in a clean state complete all as specified and directed 10 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, celing,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed 11 M& L cement plaster in two layers on brick/stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work, first layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second layer 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing walls with applying white cement based wall care putty 2mm thick in two layerandacrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, applying two or more coat of paint @ 1.43 ltr/10sqm over and includingpriming coat of exterior primer @2.20kg/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L forrepair of distrubed/ broken brick holes in walls withCM 1:6 including filling of narrow interstices withPCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates)after and includingremoval / root out oftrees,plants, truncks,grasses and creeps etc from roof or wall , finished with 15 mm plaster in CM(1:6)including finishes the surface with same finish complete all as specified and directed. 14 S&F in repairs 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single soketed in any length with rubber ring jointed fixed to wall or in trenches including mild steelclamps wherever required complete all as specified and directed 15 S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 16 S&F in repairs 75 mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single soketed in any length with adhesive jointed fixed to wall with mild steel clampsof suitable size complete all as specified and directed. 17 S&F PVC (SWR) bends 75 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
