Tender For Civil Works For Green Houses At Cuk, Periya; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lifts , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, for all leads within the campus. 2 All kinds of soil. 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for alllifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, for all leads within the campus 4 Ordinary rock including hard laterite/ Narikkal 5 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, for all leads and lifts within the campus wherever suggested by the Engineer in charge. 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to all levels : 7 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 8 CC 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 20/40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. in all floor heights and removal of form for 10 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 11 Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts, Struts including extra for shuttering in circular work. 12 Laterite stone masonry work with blocks of size 30 cm x 20 cmx 20 cm having minimum compressive strength not less than 40 kg/cm2 all complete as per particular specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)[Laterite stone will be provided by CUK at free of cost] 13 All works upto plinth level 14 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 15 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 16 Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives (Asian paints ultima protek or equivalent).(10 year durability warranty certificateobtained from paint manufacturer is to be submitted to the department ). 17 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)
