Solapur - Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, graveland soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, wateringincluding shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 m.) 2 Providing dry rubble stone soling 15cm to 20cm. thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete. 3 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand 4 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-15 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand 5 Providing and fixing heavy duty inter locking concrete Coloured paving blocks of 60 mm thickness of having a strength of 300 kg/Sq.cm. of approved quality and shape on a bed of crushed sand of 25 to 30 mm thick including skirting joints and cleaning etc. complete 6 Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete. 7 Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortor 1:4 and finishing the surface by taking our grains etc. complete. 8 Providing and applying two coats of water proof cement paint of approved maunfucture and of approved colour to the plastered sufaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaningand preparing the surface , watering for two days complete. 9 Paintting lettering upto 20cm hight complete, brushesh,coir brusher dusting cleaning including cost of paint etc. complete. 10 Providing and fixing Road juction / information signf board of size 0.90 x 0.60 m prepared on 18 guage M.S sheet with angle iron frame of size 35 x 35x 3 mm with cross bracing 25 X 25 X 3 mm including painting with one coat of zinc cromate stoving primer and two coats each of green /white back ground and back side gray stove enakelled,bonded with red Retro reflective sheet Engineering grade,border / letters/ numerals and arrow and arrow. coated with non pealable crystal clear protective coat retaining 100% relection including two angle iron post of size 50 x 50x 5mm of 3.65 m long inflated at bottom drilled on top and painted in white and black bands of 25 cm. with 4 nos .high strenghth G.I bolts and nuts of size 10 mm dia .and 20 mm long sheet and angle iron post in one piece without joints including all taxes, conveying ,fixing in ground with cement 1:4:8 blockof 60cm x 60 cm x 75 cm size as directed by Engineer -in- charge etc. complete. 11 Add royalty of sand etc. 12 Add Royalty of other minarls etc. 13 Add GST Charges etc.
