Tender For Grouting And Repairs Of Spillway Of Janala Mi Tank- 1 Item No.1 : Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of the area as directed. 2 Item No.2 : Removing dry silt from the canal bed and stacking as directed with 15 mtr. Lead and all lift etc. Complete as directed. 3 Item No. 3 :- Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter (0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. Complete with lead up to 1 km and all lifts as directed. 4 Item No. 4 :- Drilling 52-57 mm dia grout holes by percusson drilling equipment through masonry / rock in stages as directed including cleaning and flushing the drilled holes, conveyance of all materials and equipments for all other ancillary etc complete. As Directed by Engineer-In-charge. 5 Item No. 5 :- Providing & injecting cementatious grout as per specification in the drilled holes at required pressure including supplying, conveying cement ,micro silica, fly ash, admixtures (Accelerator, Binder, Superplasticizer), grouting machinery with packer system etc complete. As Directed by Engineer-Incharge 6 Item No. 6 :- Raking and cleaning of masonry joints on upstream face of dam for masonry joint filling to a depth of 5cm including preparing of ‘T’ joint of masonry by removing of existing loose portion of stone masonry by breaking (using manual / mechanical means) removing existing embedded M.S. bar, racking out the masonry joints to required depth, cleaning with air water jet under pressure for removing algae / fungi etc, complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges transportation with all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges as directed by the Project Manager. As Directed by Engineer-In-charge. 7 Item No. 7 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, compacting, curingetc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed. 8 Item No. 8 :-Providing and fixing in position TMT- FE- 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels,chajjas, lintels pardis, copings,fins, arches etc.as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wire sortack welding and supporting as required complete as directed. 9 Item No. 9 :- Providing Hearting embankment using selected impervious soil from approved borrow areas (Government acquired land) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95% of Proctor density using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with lead upto 1 km for water and all lifts as directed. 10 Item No. 10 :-Providing casing embankment using selected pervious material from approved borrow areas (Private land - contractors own material) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95% of Proctor density using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with lead upto 1 km for water and all lifts as directed. 11 Item No 11 : Providing cohesive non-swelling (CNS) material lining to canals using selected material from approved borrow areas (Private land - contractors own material) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, spreading soil in layers of thickness not more than 150 mm including providing 20 cm or so (perpendicular to side slope) of extra pride, removing pride just prior to the placement of lining, breaking clods, watering, compacting to density control of not less than 95% of Proctor density, dressing to required profile including cost of water etc. complete with lead upto 1 km for water and all lifts as directed. 12 Item No 12 : Providing and laying in situ M-15 (20 MSA)(28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N/sqmm) grade cement concrete with clean, hard, graded aggregates for canal lining for side and bed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning with batching plant and transit mixer placing in position, finishing with all slope of canal including centering, scaffolding, formwork, compaction, curing, by cutting grooves, filling with sealing compound and providing porous plugs, preparation of sub grade etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed. a) For Bed Lining 13 b) i) For Side lining with Curing Compound
