Tender For Furnishing And Peripheral Development Of Fiac, Aska- 1 Earthworkinexcavationoffoundationinallkindsofsoil includingmoorum,stonyearthmixedwithboulders(except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if requiredfortheworksetc.completeasdirectedbythe Engineer-in-charge. 2 Supplying, spreading and fixing consolidating moorum by proper watering and rolling including cost, conveyance and royalty of moorum complete 3 Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand includingwateringandrammingwithcost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of sand with labour and T&P requiredfortheworketc.complete(Measurementwillbetaken on finished compacted section only). 4 C.C.( 1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1½”) size HGCB metalwithalllabour,cessandT&Prequiredfortheworketc.completeinall respect. 5 Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm CBHG chips including hoisting and laying per 1 cum 6 Supplying and fixing of 60 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with as per compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018. 7 Supplying , fitting and fixing of openable UPVC doors with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixture 8 Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures. 9 Supplying and Fixing of Roller blinds by fixing powder coated top channel, bottom channel with bottom end cap, control unit and good quality of 0.6 mm thick fabric of approved design and quality etc. Complete 10 S/F of 5-star Air Conditioner (AC) 1.50 Ton ( Voltas/ Carrier/ LG/Samsung) with all complete including installation charges 11 S/F of 4 KVA Voltage Stabilizer (CG/Shakti/ V Guard/ Autotech eqv) (I/P 130V - 270V & O/P 220V - 240V) 12 Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m lead per 1 sqm 13 Supplying, Fitting and fixing Vitrified tiles in Floors of size 600mm x 600 mm of approved make conforming to IS13755 laid on 20mm thickcementmortar[1:4] fillingjoinedwith whitecementofapprovedqualityincludingallmaterials, labour, excludingGST,T&Petc.requiredforthe work all complete as per direction ECI. 14 Fixing of Vitrified tiles 60 cm x 60 cm (plain / ivory) series in dado, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster in mortar (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles in ground floor. 15 Primingonecoattowallsurfacewithwaterboundcement primer including cost, conveyance,excluding GST of all materials, labour and T&P etc. Complete 16 Finishing exterior walls with weather coat of approved shade two coats on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint.
