Tender For Basement Civil Job Work (Copy Attached); 1 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock/debris) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, 2 Removal of steel jail of wall & Disposal of same 3 5 Providing and laying 100 mm cement concrete 1:5:10 flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufactures specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but Excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in foundation and plinth with coat cement plaster. Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Apex): Putti +Primer two/three coat apex 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 7 8 Providing and fixing concrete gutter of size 6 for rain water 9 Repairing of existing floor as per engineer in charge Providing and fixing aluminiurn work for, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and 18. 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at jurictions, ie, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
