Tender For Periodical Services To Md/Otm Accommodation, Other Prestigious Bldgs And Certain Misc Works At Jak Li Under Ge 970 Ews; 1 M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on external wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour with mechanial sander having RPM of 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean enviornment and preparation of old plastered/srapped surfaces of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by external wall putty/crack fill paste and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) er sq mtr of average thickness 1mm or 2mm over the prepared plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surfaces with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acryli smooth exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistane asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives & Color stay technology, excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre (undiluted) /10 Sqm over old/new putyy surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed.Note : Paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed. 2 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm or 2mm over the 02The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :-(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the material lik Exterior Emulsion Paint, Putty etc after approval by the GE.(b) The contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I Memoradum of Understanding (MoU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.(c) Use of Scaffolding , trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making goodholes, cracks etc.(e) Work in patches and in narrow/widths, bands, cornies, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carring out future work.(j) The work shall be carried out up to 4 the storey.(k) Incl removal of vegetation on walls incl roots on wall surfaces. 4 M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (Internal surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for preparation of old/new surfaces of wall and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface and rubbing it with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) to achive the surface even and smooth for further application of finishes complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for applying Two or more coats of Acrylic Interior Emulsion paint, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat primer complete, as per manufacturers specification complete all as specified and directed.Note 1.-Application of Primer and distemper to be carried out through Roller (Mechanical means)Makes: Nerolac-Little Master(Beauty), Berger-Bison Lite, Asian- Tractor emulsion spark.Note-2 (i).Application of Primer and distemper to be carried out through Roller (Mechanical means)(ii). Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion ) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 02 7 Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces ion cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface even and smooth ( without using extra cement) in two layers with WPC complete all as specified and as directed. .(WPC measured separately). 9 M&L Rendring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for Rendering 5mmthick in cement plaster 1:3 on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Supply only integral water proofing compound compete all as specified. 12 M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of ceiling and applying 1mm thick of wall putty, complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of OBD complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M&L for preparation to new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed . 15 M&L Preparation of oldplastered or paintedsurfaces of wall by complete removing with mechanical means/grinding of existing treatment by grinder machine (scrubbing, washing down etc) complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for applying one coat of wall putty of minimum 2 mm thickover & above complete treated surfacecomplete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distempercomplete all as specified and directed. 18 Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed 19 Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Prepration of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coats of OBD complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed. 22 M&L for preperation of old painted steel surfaces and applyingone coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm in width or girthcomplete all as specified and as directed. 23 M&L for preperation of old painted wooden ceiling surfaces/joinery and applyingone coat of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Item No-01 to 23 shall be carried out up to 12 mtr of building height. 24 Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built incement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressedstonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. 25 M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight orcurved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Notes :- Amount of Credit Schedule for Schedule A Part-ll shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum
