    Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Of Double Skin Floor Mounted Air Washer Unit Each Complete With Filter Section, Fan Section, Wet Section, Hollow Brake Al Profile, Each Complete With Air Washer Unit With Pre Filter, Wet Section (200Mm Evaporative Pad), 2 Bend Pvc Eliminators, Didw Forward Curve Centrifugal Blower, Water Circulating Pump. Squirrel Cage Induction Motor (Mounted Internally), Belt Drive And Vibrations Isolators. Motors Shall Be Suitable For 415 +- 01% Volts, 50 Cycles , 3 Phase Ac Supply An Static Pressure Shall Be As Indicated . Fan-Motor Assembly (As Whole) Shall Be Statically & Dynamically Balanced To Grade G6.3 As Per Iso-1940/Amca 204-3. IE2 rating. F class Insulation. All Fan sections shall be suitable for outdoor duty and complete with duct flexible connections .The Airwasher shall be with all necessary supports, nuts bolts and accessories required to complete the fixing. The Unit shall be sized to cater the below mentioned flow rates. The air washer will be mounted with 2 fans & all are working along with 2 pumps (1W+1S) for circulation of water.. Including cost of all labour material T&P at Ayodhya Pump Canal vikram jot , Basti.
