Filling of drained Transformer oil from 20 KL oil tank to main tank for centrifuging of Transformer oil (centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor).

Centrifuging/Dehydration of the complete Transformer oil of 60 MVA Transformer by ultra– high vacuum filtration plant including taking the BDVs value of oil of the Transformer periodically till the required value is achieved with all cost of centrifuging machine and centrifuging machine Operator.

Spray painting rusted of 60 MVA Transformer -II at 220 kv substatin Harhua .Work includes painting of one coat of good quality red oxide primer and two coats of light grey synthetic enamel paint of first class quality having Asian/Barger/Nerolac make after proper cleaning of rust/dust and oily surface by emery/sand paper including cost ofall materials labour and T&P and associated arrangements.

Complete overhauling of 33KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers installed at 220KV S/S Harahua. Job Includes alignment of mechanism assembly by opening and adjusting its operating rod, holding latch and damping spring etc. Replacement of damaged washers, lock pins, small springs etc as per requirement during the work. Assembling the mechanism followed by oiling, greasing and tightening of all nuts & bolts of the mechanism box, checking & tightening of all AC/DC connections/terminals, proper checking the spring charging motor along with replacement of its carbon, removing the deposited dust/carbon on terminals by good quality CRC spray, checking the proper tripping & closing of VCB from local and remote including other associated works also if required for satisfactory completion of job. All labour, T&P and consumable items will be provided by contractor at his own cost.
