| 1 | Recieving and Attending day to day complaints lodged by the user/occupants from JE incharge and carrying out Petty/Minor repairs related to joinery and builders hardwares such as easing/adjusting of shutters of any type of size, re-fixing of wire mesh, cupboard shutters/shelves/kitchen shelves, easing/adjusting/re-fixing of hinges, tower bolts, handles, stoppers, sliding door bolts/locks, magic eye,hook and eyes, hasp and staples, easing of doors and windows of Aluminium, tighting of wire mesh, repairs to holes in roof sheets with fixing of washer and plug/M Sealetc including taking down of existing material as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900 AM and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500 PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material such as nails,screws, washers, putty/beading for glass / wiremesh, nut & bolts etc as per site requirement shall be included in the the quoted rate.Minimum01 carpentar & 01 helperis required with Cycle. Note:-(i)The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaintcell/JE Incharge at every morning at 0900 AM by rep of contractor on daily basis. (ii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors.(iii)Easing/adjusting of shutters and builders hardwares, tightening the handle/knob/nuts/screws, oiling/greasing etc will be treated as minor/petty repairs. (iv) Rs. 100.00/complaint per day shall be recovered as penalty against non attending of every complaints after 03 days from reciept of complaints.Note: Replacement of Major items shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item & this item shall not be measured in that case. |
