| 10 | Providing Coping over the Prakara wall with brick jelly concrete using 20-40mm brick aggregate in Lime Mortar (1:2) etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 11 | Carving the new granite stone surface to match the old pattern and design for uniformity etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 12 | Providing Water tightening the terrace of western mandapa with brick jelly lime concrete (1 lime:2 Sand:4 brick aggregate of size 20mm) to an average depth of 20 to 25 cm with proper slope including ramming,consolidating,byusingnecessary adhesive materials etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 13 | Providing 20mm thick plastering over the top of terrace with Lime mortar (1:2). Including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 14 | Laying new Granite stone flooring with neatly dressed stone of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) (1 lime:2 sand:4 brick aggregate of size 20mm) of 100mm thick and pointing the joints with Lime mortar (1:2) including curing etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 15 | Stucco lime patch plastering (Base Coat) with Lime Mortar (1:2) 20 mm thick, at damaged locations of the gopuras. Including careful de- plastering of the damaged and worn-out loose plaster of gopuras and cleaning the dead mortar and setting fallen edges if any in bricks pieces including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 16 | Removal of moss and lichen on the Shikaras of the temple and white washing the surface in two coats including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 17 | Fixing the double scaffolding system (cup lock type) with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration and removing it after completion of work. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc., wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen including all taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
