The batteries must have auto charging facilities. The charger input be connected with converter of regerertive drive.[b] The ARD actuation time should be less than one second after failure of power supply and when ARD is operative the car should stop at the nearest floor and then open.[xvi] Operation: Simplex, full collective automatic operation with and without attendant.[xvii] Machine room: Located above the hoist way.Details as per building drawing[xviii] Civil work: Necessary Civil work viz. making good disturbed surfaces, modification to landing space to suit to car size, necessary foundation to machine etc.[xix] One number of wall mounted type telephone instrument of make installed inside of car cabin along with fixing arrangement and telephone cable of suitable size from car cabin to machine room run along with travelling cable.
