| 4 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7\" /9\" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour at any height complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M & L for water proofing cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/ old painted surface of wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour at any height as per the following steps:- Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer\"s instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations.Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. |
| 6 | M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 lit (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer\"s instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 lit per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint at any height complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for prepration of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for prepration of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc any description complete all as specified and directed. |

| 11 | M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete walls, finished even and fair without using extra cement to match with the existing surfaces including WPC at any height complete all as specified and directed. |
