By Manual Means ( Item No. 1) 2 Dismantling stone masonry in lime or cement mortar including stacking the materilsas directed with all leads, lifts etc. ( Item No. 2) 3 Removing iron pipe raling/grillhaving wooden R.C.C. or C.C. or iron post and stackingthe materials as directed etc. complete. ( Item No. 3) 4 Numbering the monument elements in proper order before lowering down with approved colour and shade as directed by Engineer in-charge, including ladder, scaffolding etc. complete. ( Item No. 4) 5 Loweringdowncarefullyexistingstonemasonryofthemonumentmanuallyinproperorder including shifting the stone elements up to a distance of 50 meter beyond the monument area and stackingthemasdirectedby Engineerin-charge,removingbuilding rubbishandcleaning thesite etc. complete.( Item No. 5) 6 Providing Ashlar Arching of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1, with size of stone 60 cm. x 45 cm. x 45 cm.. as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the arch stonesbe of approved quality, colour, hard and free from defect of any kind, the arch stones in all cases ofthe entire thickness, the arch stones shall be dressed full and true to their proper shapes with thenecessary summering, twist or winding and be set in fine mortar, the intrados, joints and beds to fair tooled and left full, the cast or keying course to be accurately fitted, at all horizontal joints theintrados to have a 2 cm. (¾″) chamfer, the face stone may be tooled or rock-faced with or withoutchamfer as directed, in arches up to 60 cm. (2ꞌ) in depth all stones shall be of the full thickness of thering, arches to be built on proper centring, the bed joints shall be radial and the side joints shall be atright angles to the bed joints and the thickness of the joints shall not exceed 5 mm. (3/16″) preparingthe lime mortar in lime miller, cantering/scaffolding, watering and all arch work when handed overto be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.( Item No. 6) 7 Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in 15 cm. layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, ramming, watering etc. complete.( Item No. 7) 8 Providing and laying cast in situ 1:2:4 Lime Concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including bailing out water, centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate in drum mixer as per specifications including bailing out water, watering etc. complete.( Item No. 8) 9 Providing and fixing Stone Paving, secondSort in lime mortar 1:11/2, with average size of stone 60 cm. x 45cm. x 15 cm. as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all stone slabs to of approved quality, hard, even, sound, durable and uniform thickness, the stones to be very finely chisel-dressed on the surface and the course to be of prescribed width, the joints running true, the stonestobelaidwithjointsnotexceeding 6mm.(¼″)thick andtobe evenlyandfirmly bedded flush in mortar on the concrete and no hollow left, side to be dressed true and as per shape at least half the depth from the face, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, watering and all pavingwork when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete. For Pavement.( Item No. 9) 10 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)( Item No. 10) 11 Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner walls / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on un exposed faces and watering etc.complete.( Item No. 11) 12 Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including racking out joints when plastering is to be done / striking joints when no plastering is to be done on inside watering and scaffolding etc.complete ( Item No. 12) 13 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 oftrap/ granite/quartzite/gneissmetal for coping to plinth or parapet moulded or chamfered as per dwg and directionincluding steelcentering, formwork, laying/pumping,compacting, roughening them if special finishis to be provided, finishing uneven and honey combed surface and curing etc.complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombedsurface,only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic,tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centeringwill not be allowed.),with fullyautomatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batchmix plant (Panmixer) etc. complete.
