वार्षिक अनुबंध के आधार पर वित्तिय वर्ष 2025-26 में विश्वविद्यालय के II टाईप आवासीय भवनों का सिविल मरम्मत/नवीनीकरण का कार्यMaterial shall be used as per Annexure-‘A’.Terms and Conditions:-1. For the items of the G.Schedule which have reference to Raj. P.W.D. (BSR) 28.09.2022 (civil)/ 01-06-2022 (Electric) the relevant rates as mentioned in P.W.D (BSR) 28.09.2022 (civil)/01-06-2022 (Electric) shall considered to be correct and applicable in case of any discrepancy inthe rates mentioned above for such items and that shown in P.W.D. (BSR) 28.09.2022 (civil)/01-06-2022 (Electric) applicable for Jodhpur City.2. N.S. under reference in the column of the Schedule means non schedule items of the work for which the P.W.D. (BSR) 28.09.2022 (civil)/ 01-06-2022 (Electric) shall not applicable.3. Additions/ Reduction/ Alteration/ Cancellation in the quantities of the item given in the Schedule will be at the discretion of the University. No compensation shall be paid for the item so cancelled.4. “Here enamel paint is specified only synthetic enamel paint of approved make shall be used.5. 1% Labourcess shall be deducted from the contractor bill.6. Royalty will be deducted from the contractor bill as per rule & contractor will obtained the short term license from the mining department.
