| 2 | M&L for preparation of old surface plastered or unplastered on wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing etc. and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied as per manufacture specification over old/new surfaces. Colour and quality shall beverified by EIC. (Make for Acrylic exterior emulsion and exterior primer:- Asian paints, Burger, Nerolac, Dulux) |
| 3 | M&L for appyling 3 mm thick wall care Putty on wall. (Make: J.K., Birla white, Asian, JSW putty). |
| 4 | M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per SSR specification. Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC. (Make: Asian paints, Burger, Nerolac, Dulux) |
| 5 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per SSR specification. | 7 | Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. |
| 8 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with CM 1:6 & rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement). |

| 10 | Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 500 m beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and staking at the destination as directed. |
