| 1 | Repair / maintenance of internal light fitting of any typelike tube lights / wall bracket light fittings / ceiling lights / bulk head light / mirror lights etc in its position, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring etc, identifying and replacing the defective components like tube rod, side holders, holders, lamps etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note:(i)The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour only. (ii) Cost of spares like capacitor, lamp holder, connector, connection wire etc. replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid separately under respective items of Sch \"A\" here-in-below.(iii)The contractor\"s representative (supervisor) will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of complaints and will submit the completion report on the same day before 1700hrs to the JE E/M.(iv) The contractor shall address all the given complaints within 24 hours from the time the list of complaints is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M.In case the complaint is not addressed for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit (48 hrs), an amount of Rs 100/- per such complaint per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill.The contractor shall engage separate team of technicians / repairer for each at D1 area, D2 area E3 area, OTM B Zone & Appointment houses/Guest houses (04 x teams).(v) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded compliant register and complaint slip books duly signed by the user and bringing out the details of spares replaced and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for.(vi) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of light fittings with the concerned JE E/M against the supply only items here-in-below.(vii) During the contract period, if the same complaint is repeated, it will be regarded as a single complaint, and no additional payment will be made for addressing the repeated issue. |
