    Tender For Overhauling And Repairing Of 12 Nos. Old 220 Kv Lsi/Bsi, Tandem And Standard Isolators And Other Associated Works At 220 Kv Substation Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow. - Following works are to be done at Electy. 220 KV S/S Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow with all cost of men, miscellaneous consumable items and T&P etc. for proper completion of works as below satisfactory with due care of safety in 220 KV live switchyard and as per instruction of supervising engineer/incharge 2 Overhauling and repairing of 220 KV Tandam/Bus/Line Isolator by opening Jaw housing, proper rubbing dust and flashing spot , opening manual isolator operating mechanism and proper cleaning lubrication and greasing of each moving parts, replacemnet of damaged Jaw hausing clamps etc. if required replacement of consumables like rubber seal, sircleap etc. Providing/Applying white petroleum jelly in Jaw and Blades heads. Finally checking of each isolator & earth switch for smooth clossing/ opening trouble free operation and proper functioning . The work alos includes allignment of matching of auxiliary contact and main contact at same time. Male and Female contacts of Jaw hausing clamps, if recuired shall be provided by department free of cost. 3 220 KV Tandam Isolator 4 220 KV Bus/ Line Isolator
