Tender For Financial Bid For Fabrication Conceptualization And Maintenance Of Taxpayers’ Lounge At Iitf, 2025 From 14.11.2025 To 27.11.2025; 1 Conceptualization, designing and fabrication of the Taxpayers’ Lounge in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi in an area of 272.00 sqm (Subject to change) required to be undertaken on a turnkey basis, including maintenance of the Taxpayers’ Lounge during entire duration of IITF. This should include:-• One sitting room with 5 executive quality sofa set and 5 centre table alongwith provision for at least 4 CCTV cameras in the lounge area. The provision should include recording of live feed also.• One store room cum pantry with shelves to store the books, stationery, etc. Two round tables with 6 chairs to be kept for officials to have meals, tea etc. 2 The backdrop, façade & brandings / signages for the stall. 3 Flooring of the stall at a height of 4 inch above the ground level. 4 One reception counter for general information. 5 One information counter each (total three) as mentioned in Para 2.2(v) alongwith adequate furniture/chairs and storage spaceLaptops should be provided for the counters alongwith provision of 4G dongles for internet support. 6 4 brochure stands. 7 Six elegant glass round tables alongwith 3 sleek chairs for each table. Provision for 50 extra (foldable) chairs for seating within the lounge must also be made. Planters etc. for the stall. 8 Provision of 1 holographic screens (big size) and 1 LED/Plasma screens (55”inches or above) alongwith laptops for running videos/presentations. Apart from them, one colour printer should also be provided, 1 touch screen connected to internet. 9 Videos of 5 minutes is to be made capturing thrice a day i.e. 15 minutes per day capturing important events of each day and a compiled video of 8 minutes (approx.) is to be made covering whole event (capturing the inauguration, activities, footfalls, experiences of the people and feedback), photo album covering important events 10 Provision for high quality Hindi and English speaking manpower in adequate numbers to manage the stall including host, Quiz Master, 2 Tax Professionals, supervisors, cleaners, security guards, technicians, etc. 11 Provision of LED video wall having dimension 8 feet width and 10 feet height with 2.9 mm blocks. 12 Lighting (spot lights and halogens) as per the design and requirement. Provision of high quality camera for the live transmission of the activities in the drawing area be made 13 High quality sound system for making announcements as well as providing audio to the film being run on the LCD/LED screens. 14 Cost of execution of (a) Nukad Natak/Pantomime (b) Magic Show(b) Conduct of Quiz, which will include all expenses of the artists, Quizmaster and Tax Professionals etc. (c) Various counters. 15 Tea/coffee vending machine and provision for meal/snack etc. for the personnel deputed as well as dignitaries of Income Tax Department visiting the stall would be reimbursed to the agency not exceeding Rs. 5,00,000 (Inclusive taxes) This will include expenses on inauguration and other major visits 16 The agency shall arrange gift items for (a) children (b) other taxpayers/Dignitaries with proper branding of the Department during various competitions organized during IITF, 2025 for Taxpayers’ Lounge of IT Department limited to Rs. 3,00,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes) the details of the same may be shared on daily basis with this Directorate. 17 Miscellaneous items required for smooth running of the stall limited to Rs. 2,00,000/- (including applicable taxes) 18 The agency shall set up banners / flex boards and other advertisements at designated spots at the trade fair on behalf of the Directorate not exceeding Rs. 20/- per sq. ft. and the expenditure should not exceed 6 lakhs (inclusive of applicable taxes). Mascots of the department(Madhukar) by performers and Provision of performers in Motu Patlu costumes. 19 Hardware and Personnel cost for the Video game to be provided by the agency.
