Miscellaneous Civil Repair Works Of Inspection Quarters In Meerut Ba During The Year 2025-26.; 1 All itemsContained in Delhi schedule of Rates 2023 for Civil works with Upto date correction slips. Deduct Correction factor on existing DSR-23 items i.e. a factor of 0.027 on DSR-23 items (103000*0.027= -2781)Deduct for 10% CP & OH instead of 15% on DSR 2023 item by multiplication factor of 5/115( 103000-2781*5/115 = -4357.35) 2 Supply of a labour for miscellaneous civil works in T.E and staff quarters compound of BSNL such as uprooting vegitation ,leveling the earth, cleaning the roots khurras, gully trap minor urgent civil works whenever required all complete as per direction of engineer -in - charge (The item included all labour, T&P required) 3 Providing and fixing door sealof approved quality with screws all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 4 Hiring of Cartage of electric welding machine with welding by electric rods all complete as per direction of engineer- in - charge. 5 Credit to MS/GI items. 6 Credit to unserviciable brass /cp brass fittings . 7 Credit to unserviciable wooden door. 8 Credit to unserviciable floor spring 9 Credit to unservisiable material recovered from dismantling/demolishing (a) PTMT Bib cock/Stop cock/PTMT Pillar cock/PTMT/Connection pipe/PVC Flushing cystern /water tank 10 Providing and fixing 0.5mm thickaluminium sheet onwooden doorshutter with screw, nails etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge 11 Cartage of Hydrogen gas cylinder for cleaning of chocked water pipe line bypressure all complete as per direction of engineer in charge(Note: Labour shall be covered in the relevant agreement item.) 12 Renewing fly proof galvanised M.S wire mesh of existing wooden/steel door/ windows /iron gali using M.S wire gause with average aperture 1.40 mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63 mm including wooden fillets, nails, screws or nuts and bolts dismantalimg of existing wire mesh and shutter if required (Credit of old unseviciable materials include)etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 13 Repair of curtain rod by providing and fixing missing parts such as brackets, side lattoo, pvc sleevs screws etc all complete as per directin of enginee in charge. 14 Providing and fixing 20 mm PVC coated M.S curtain rod with brackets sleeves and side fixtures etc. all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.( Length of curtain rod shall be measured for payment) 15 Cleaning the choked W.C seat /nahani trap etc by rodding /acid including associated pipes etc all complete as per directin of engineer in charge. 16 Providing and fixing brass spendle to CP brass fitting all copmlete as per direction of engineer in charge. 17 Providing and fixing 20 or 25 mm dia G.I tank nipple of approved qwality all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 18 Providing and fixing 15mm dia G.I tank nipple of approved qwality all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 19 Providing and fixing G.I circular tank cover for monkey protection 200 to 1000 liter capacity with G.I screws all complete as per direction of E-IN C. 20 Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore brass gate valve of approved quality all complete as per direction og Engineer In Charge. 21 Repair of PVC cistern for smooth functioning by replacing internal parts all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 22 Providing and fixing CPVC Union of supreme or equivalent as per direction of E-IN-C (A)20 mm outer dia pipes. 23 Providing and fixing CPVC Union of supreme or equivalent as per direction of E-in -C (A)25 mm outer dia pipes. 24 Providing and fixing PVCNahani trap,100x100 mmof approved make and quality as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 25 Cleaning of floor / wall tiles in bath rooms, WCs and wash area etc using detergent, acid etc., complete as per direction of E.IN C 26 Providing and fixingG.ISocket,tee, albow & reducer (15 mm to 20mm ) in existing G.I Pipe line all completeall complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 27 Providing and Fixing M.S. handle of size 100 mmfor M.S. window all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 28 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturers specification. (A)Two or more coats on old work after scrapping work. 29 Repairs to wooden door / windows shutter/cupboard shutter(Area upto 3.00 sqm) for smooth functioningall complete as per direction of E.-IN.-C. 30 Repairing of aluminium door for smooth functioning all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 31 Providing and fixing PVC wall paneling with PVC panel and accessories all complete as per direction of E-IN-C.
