Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Datacentre; Emerson; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Cmc); Monthly; Yes Comprehensive AMC for HPC datacentre 1.0. The scope of work mentioned in this document is for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the Datacentre for High Performance Cluster (HPC) Setup at AERO-CFD Group, ARDE, Pune which is intended to be operational round the clock and requires high system availability of around 99% In order to achieve/maintain the high availability, skilled technical manpower and requisite spares are required for maintenance and up-keeping of this system. 1.1 The term Datacentre or System in this contract document means all the hardware, precision air-conditioning &split-air-conditioning systems, 30 KVA & 3 KVA UPS, biometric access system, fire detection, alarm & suppression system, fire suppression gas cylinder, water leakage detectioni system, rodent repellent system, power management & distribution units, false ceiling, raised flooring, workbenches and all cables, cable trays, inlet/outlet water pipes, sensors, detectors, connectors, accessories, interfaces, power cables, firmware, system software etc., which form the part of the Datacentre for 64 Node High Performance Cluster (HPC) Setup. Maintenance services 2.0 To provide Comprehensive AMC maintenance services of all the supplied hardware system. including supply of all spare parts/modules/accessories required for smooth operation of the Datacentre AMC services being comprehensive in nature, ARDE shall not bear repair charges in any kind. Repair charges of any kind or replacement of the spares, components, accessories, inter-connecting cables, connectors, power cables etc., have to be borne by the CONTRACTOR and such spares, components, etc. taken for repair have to be installed back in the system, sub-system, after carrying out the repair successfully. The maintenance services shall consist of the following: 2.1 a) Preventive Maintenance b) Breakdown Maintenance 2.2 The Datacentre maintenance shall cover both Preventive and Break down maintenance of the supplied hardware of the Datacentre. The services through the AMC, envisages diagnosis of problem, rectification of faults, repair/ replacement of faulty parts, accessories etc. All original settings must be restored on the system and results obtained should be recorded for monitoring and subsequent guidance. Wherever applicable, suggestions regarding the cause of problem and measures, if any, for avoiding such problems in future shall be indicated
