The work shall include testing, filtration, and submission of results conforming to IS 335:2018 and IS 1866:2017 standards. 4 To supply and refill / replace silica gel crystals in the breather unit of a 1600 kVA, 11kV/433V oil-filled distribution transformer, ensuring proper moisture absorption andprotection of the transformer oil from humidity ingress. Work includes removal ofold, discoloured, or saturated silica gel, cleaning of breather assembly, refilling withfresh indicating silica gel, and reinstallation. 5 VCB SERVICING 6 Servicing, inspection, testing, and functional verification of 11 kV, 630 A Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) associated with a 1600 kVA, 11 kV/433 V transformer. Work shall ensure reliable operation of the breaker, correction of mechanical defects, insulation health check, and satisfactory trip/close performance. 7 Supply installation testing and commissioning of automatic battery charger for 12V 60 AH battery of VCB panel 8 Supply, installation, and connection of DC control battery for operating the VCB tripping and closing circuits in an 11 kV switchgear panel.
