Tender For GENERAL-Annual Maintenance 2025-26-Annual maintenance of Ittichirikundu LIS for the year 2025-26-General Civil Work - Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 3 2.31:Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared 4 2.6.1:Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil 5 OD11147/2025-2026:Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but not exceeding 1.50m in width and exceeding 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed: All Kinds of soil as per the direction of departmental officers at site. 6 4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources) 7 OD11149/2025-2026:Repair works of non return C.I valve/Sluice valve including cost rubber bush,lathe work if necessary,nut and bolts,conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per direction of departmental officers at site. 8 OD11148/2025-2026:Engaging fitter for petty repairs 9 OD12494/2025-2026:Engaging labour for cleaning and other labours as per the direction of departmental officers at site 10 OD25124/2025-2026:Supplying, fixing and jointing NRV C.I. of 250 mm dia including specials and fittings of ISI specifications with a working pressure with charges for conveying to site ,loading unloading and conveying them with in initial lead and carefully lowering into trenches placing in position to lines and levels ready for joint including earthwork excavating for trenches to a depth so as to provide a minimum cover of 0.90 m over the top of pipe providing fencing lighting watching fixing caution boards etc.complete including all materials and labours as per the direction of departmental officers at site. 11 15.53.2:Dismantling of C. I sluice valve including stacking of useful materials within a lead of 50 metres.Above 150 mm diameter
