Cleaning of toilets on daily basis with phenyle, cleaning of sanitary fixtures with vim / acid i/c removal of chockages and removal of dead animals, if any, and putting one nephthalene ball in wash basin & one urinal cube in urinal pots once in a week and other sanitation activities as per specification and direction of Engineer - in - Charge in the following area. a- Administrative Building 24.00 Job b- Administrative Canteen, sub station, masala kendra, cycle stand (04 nos.), Admin security check post & gate no 1 24.00 Job c. Unit Head office 24.00 Job d- Security & UPPSKNL Barrack (Near Loha Gate) 24.00 Job 02- Cleaning and sweeping of entire roads and pathways of Admin wing on daily basis i/c disposal of accumulated garbage on road side and removal of dead animals etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. 24.00 Job 03- Removal of cob - webs from the entire building of Admin wing i/c its disposal etc. complete, once in a month. 24.00 Job 04- Execution of other sanitation activities apart from above as and when required on job basis as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge. 200.00 Job 05- Disposal of sweeping garbage etc. from entire Admin i/c security & UPPSKNL barrack to incinerator as directed Engineer - in - Charge through hand trolley / rickshaw trolley etc. complete. 24.00 Job 06 Removal of chokage of gully chamber / P - trap / nahani trap etc. complete by any means & making good the same. 150.00 Each 07- P/F of urinal pipes with clamps & couplings (wherever required) i/c cutting & grouting the holdfast in CC complete. 100.00 Each 08- Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. (Flexible pipe-32 mm dia or 40mm dia) 80.00 Each
