Tender For Construction Of Sub Division Office At Tehsil Kalpi, Distt Jalaun - Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundationsand pipes cables etc in ordinary soil (loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m, leadupto 50 m anddressingof sidesand ramming of bottom anddisposal of surplusexcavated earth as directed by the Engineer- in- charge with in alead of 50m. 2 Earth work in foundation of walls, piers, abutments etc. with disposal within 30-m lead and 1.5 m. lift-In Mar, Kabar and Rankar soil. 3 Laying C.C. 1:3:6 per Cum i/c laying, ramming, curing and including cost of material, labour , T&P for proper comletion of work. 4 Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface 5 Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete.(Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars) 7 Centering & shuttering for R.C.C. slabs, lintels & simple beams including all materials & T&P 8 R.C.C. work 1:1.5:3per Cum i/c mixing laying and curing excluding centering,shuttering and reinforcement. and including cost of material, labour , T&P etc. With propercompletion of work . 9 First class brick work in cement morter 1:4 (1cement: 4Sand) using 1st class building bricks i/c all cost of material,labour T&P etc.with proper ccompletion of work. 10 12.5 mm Thick cement Plasterin 1:4 cement mortar on brick masonry including cost of all material, labour & T&P required forcompletion of work . 11 Supply of M.S. Angle iron door, windows ventilation frame made of approved M.S. angle iron wroght to required form including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material, such as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolts etc. and also including all taxes, wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site of work. 12 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws) 13 Supply & fixing fully glazed Aluminium frame window with all accessories & fittings/M2. 14 Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete. With second class teak wood beading 62X19 mm. 15 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 16 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior & exterior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour with Two Coats. 17 Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm, with 40mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer 18 Electrification Work 19 Water supply & sanitary installation work
