    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Maintenance Of Facilities At Site As Per Stec Norms Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products Maintenance of Facilities at Site as per STEC Norms 1. The area up to a distance of 5m around the hard standing of buildings should be cleared by cutting tree branches, wild growth of shrubs, weeds.., etc. on weekly hatis 2 The area up to distance of 2m on either side of roads should be cleaned try cutting tree branches, wild growth of shrubs, weeds. etc on weekly basis. 3. Sweeping of Complete arms of approach roads should be done on daily basis. Sweeping of inside the two high rise buildings, once in 10 dave need basis. The wash rooms shall be deaned/maintained in good Hygienic condition. The area around 5m from fencing of the compound wall, should be cleared by cutting tree branches, wild growth of shrubs, weeds.,, etc, on weekly basis. 6. The area around earth pits, cooling towers and AC pient should be cleaned by cutting tree branches, wild growth of shrubs, weeds.,, etc. on weekly basis 7. Sufficient number of trolleys/tracturs/ladders/axes/wood bush cutters/Grass cutters/ brooms atc., to be provided by the contractur. The garbage shall be disposed at designated place. 8. Cleaning of terraces and rain water pipes of leaves etc. periodically to eliminate accumulation of water on terrace over the high rise buildings where technical activities take place shall be done regularly Cleaning materials and chemicals like brooms, phenyl, naphthalene halls, hygiene chemicals, Rat traps, Rodent killer,
