Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment. 14 Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified anddirected. 15 Material and labour for boring of holes horizontally under the road/pavemen/hard standing etc without disturbing top surface to cross the cable includingMaterial and labour for inserting GI pipe 50mm dia (meduim grade) complete all as specified and directed.Note-Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall by arranged by the contractor and cost of the same included in quoted rates. 16 Supply installation, commissioning and testing including providing all necessary electrical connection, LT feeder panel board of size (CPRI Approved), outdoor type, double door, factory made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 1.5 m x 1.3 m x 0.4 m deep having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle iron of size 40x40x5mm thick and 04 nos legs 0.45 meter length with cable entry and exit circular hole with cable gland & gasket at bottom complete RYB PVC colour coated heat shrink sleeves aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amp with inslulator supported including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 stage process) with duly fixed in ground with necessary PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 upto a height of 0.5 mtr from ground level with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitereous enamelled (white), with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc complete and comprising of the following accessories including necessary excavation work for taking out cable loop and refilling the trenches and comprising of the following accessories:- Incoming- (a) MCCB 200A, 415 Volts 4 pole, 25 KA (Thermal Megnetic release) with Rotary handle & both end spreader link - 01 No.Outgoing-(a) MCCB 160, 415 Volts 4 pole, 25 KA (Thermal Megnetic release) with Rotary handle & both end spreader link - 02 Nos.(b) MCCB 100, 415 Volts 4 pole, 25 KA (Thermal Megnetic release) with Rotary handle & both end spreader link - 01 No.(c) Phase Indicating lamp (neon) LED type (set of three Red, Yellow, Blue)-01 Set.(d) 3 Phase Digital Ammeter-01 including CTs 250/5A-03 Nos and Voltmeter for protection/ controlling MCB 6 Amps SP 10 KA- 03 Nos - 01 Set. 17 Taking down Steel tubular pole of 9 meter height for shifting at different location within 50 meter and refixing including demolition of PCC foundation of electric pole and removing of rubish from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. 18 Supply and fix junction box of size 300 x 200 x 110 mm made out of 1.6mm thick SMC sheet weather proof dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangements with slanting cover on top and provision of 04 nos aluminium bus bar of size 20 x 5 mm fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity 10 Amp complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamp nut , bolt and washers of suitable size etc. complete all as specified and directed. 19 Material and labour for 12mm thick grandura digital vitrified tiles (premium quality) of any colour and shade combination in matt finish for outdoor pavements (good grip series) of size n. exc 0.16 sqm, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment as in floor, path etc. laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
