Tender For Demolition And Reconstruction Of Hqef Building Boundary Wall At Hqef, Visakhapatnam.; 1 Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal ofdebris and rubbish outside MD land exc 1.5 Km but nexc 5.00Km distance complete all as directed . 2 Excavating in trenches n exc 1.50 m inwidth and n exc 1.50 min depth for foundation, manholes etc as well as n exc 10 sqm on plan areaand getting out in soft/loose soil commplete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 , type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stoneaggregateas in foundation , filling and mass concrete commplete all as specified and directed. 4 Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns,sides and soffits of plinth beams, sides of pile caps and similar work for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate asin foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, foundation for columns, etc complete all as specified and directed. 6 Use and waste form work to sides pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate asin columns,pillars etccomplete all as specified and directed.. 8 Use and waste offormwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves ,plinth beam including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etccomplete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate asinlintels beams and roof beams etc complete all as specified and directed. 10 S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for high strength corrosion resistant TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in strirrups, spacers and binders spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed . 13 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, having dart pick up resistant, silicon enhanced, UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including making good any undulations on the surfaces including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed.Note :-Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS 15 M & L for Mild steelframed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. 17 Returning, filling in,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed . 18 Removing excavated soil to a distance exc. 250 m but n.exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
