Tender For Repair Of Crater During Rrs Exercise At Af Stn Naliya; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavtor ) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth , 1.50 metre in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ( including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 metre complete all as specified and directed. 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavtor ) means over areas (exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre in depth , 1.50 metre in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ( including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 metre and lift up to 1.5 metre, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavtor ) means over areas (exceeding 3.0 metrebut n. exc 4.50 metre in depth , 1.50 metre in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ( including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 metre and lift up to 1.5 metre complete all as specified and directed. 4 Removing rock boulders as directed by engr-in-charge lead exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed. 5 Spreading and levelling of20 to 40 mm size aggregatein layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 6 Ramming and compaction only for Hardcore of gauge 40 to 90mm,& boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a trulyhorizontal surface by using power roller exceeding 5 tonne & not exceeding 8 tonne complete all as specified and directed. 7 Removing excavated sand/soil material exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed. 8 Laying of sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual , organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over aggregate surface as specified and directed. 9 Laying of HDPE 400 micron sheet (No additional amount to be paid for overlap) complete all as specified and directed. 10 Grouting of rapigrout cement slurry into 300 mm thick aggregate layer up to top of layer and the quantity slurry should be minimum enough above the top aggregate of the top aggregate of the layer to enable finishing of the top layer with slurry complete all as specified and directed. 11 Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directed. 12 Site Clearance
