(b)Rep of authoried agency daily reports to AGE E/M for checking of all VRF AC plant and complaint rectification. |

| 25 | M&L for overhauling & servicing ofAHUs Make ZECO capacity 15000 cfm and carry out of following tasks once in three months minimumand recordsbe maintained.:(i) Open fan section cover AHU; check belts for wear and tear. Replace if necessary, check bearings and alignment of belt drive. Refit the fan section.(ii)Inspect cables for loose/loaded terminal, rectify if necessary. (iii). Checking the system for leaks and then rectifying leaks, if any.(iv)Check AHU motor mounts for undue vibrations. Replace mounts if necessary.(v) Lubricating/greasingthe bearings of blower motor and replace bearing or bush if neccessary (vi) Carry out chemical cleaning AHU coils. (vii)The air handling unit filters shall be inspected and cleaned regularly. |
