thick,SIZE 55 CM x 55 cm laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 38.00 Machine cut Kota stone slab 22-25 mm thick as in skirting,steps, dado and pillars etc , laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 39.00 Cutting,grinding and mirror polishing of Kota stone / Marbe stone in floors,treads of steps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 40.00 Cutting,grinding and mirror polishing of Kota stone / Marbe stone in skirting,risers of steps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 41.00 Granite jet black shade, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:4) screed and jointed with grey cement mixed with matching shade pigment including rounding of/moulding to edge (half round ) as in cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills,jamb,cill,step & riser, similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 42.00 Brick work with sub class B bricks, class designation 100, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 43.00 Water proofing roof treatment/sunken treatment using APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm over cleaned surface including parapet,applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg per square metre over priming coat torching over laps with a propane or butan gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing all as per manufacturers instructions incl wire brushing and cleaning the top surfaces of concrete, roof surfaces etc. with water including flashings and junction of parapets etc complete all as specified and directed. 44.00 Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of stone or concrete surfaces in patches , trowelled to even and smooth surface
