MLA Niwas-2 (Purana), Garage No.-06 situated at Darulshafa, demolition and reconstruction of dilapidated plaster, removal of dilapidated gate and installation of new gate, demolition and reconstruction of dilapidated floor, raising of front floor and other civic related works. - Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (D.A.R No-15.56) 2 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 coarse sand) (DAR No- 13.4.1) 3 Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. (DAR No- 15.1) 4 Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) brick of class-150 in superstructue above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in. Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 coarse sand) (DAR No- 6.4.1) 5 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). D.S.R No- 5.3 6 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. ( DAR No- 11.3.1) 7 Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. steel door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 3 mm M.S. gussel plates at the junctions and corners all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angles 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces. D.A.R No-10.5.1 8 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(D.S.R Item-13.80) 9 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Old work (one or more coats). (D.S.R No-13.81.1) 10 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
